2tbspavocado or olive oil
1medium-size chopped Onion
2medium-size chopped tomatoes
4cupsboneless chicken breasts
4cupschopped spinach
1tablespoonlemon juice
1cupchopped carrots
2cupssliced zucchini
½cuptomato sauce
½cupcheeseoptional
1teaspoongarlic paste
½teaspoonblack pepper powder
2tablespoonItalian seasoning
1/4teaspoonred chili flakes

In a soup pot on a medium flame heat oil.
Fry onions, carrots for 8 minutes, or until soft.
Add garlic paste, and all the spices and combine well.
Add three to four cups of water to the pot and allow it to boil.
Now add chicken pieces and bring it to boil and then reduce the flame to low and let it simmer.
Add zucchini, spinach, and cook everything for 20 to 25 minutes with a covered lid.
In the final stage add lemon juice and stir well. Italian Chicken and Vegetable Soup is ready to serve.
Take it out in a serving bowl and sprinkle cheese ( optional ) on the top.
