Soya Nuggets Recipe
Soak soya nuggets in two cups of saltwater for 20 minutes.
Take a pan to add oil and heat it.
Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Then add onion paste and saute it till it turns light purple.
Add ginger-garlic paste and again saute it.
Now add tomato puree to it and stir it continuously.
Now its' time to add all the dry spices.
Let the spices cook properly.
Now strain the soya nuggets.
Add the soya nuggets to the spices mixture and mix well.
Now add yogurt to it and gain mix well.
Close the lid and cook soya nuggets on a low flame for 5 minutes.
Soya Nuggets Recipe is ready to be served with rice, chapatti, or paratha.
