- 5 chopped basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, add corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, lettuce, fresh mozzarella, basil and mix well.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, pink salt, and ground black pepper.
- Toss everything and serve immediately.
