Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Yogurt
- 3/4 cups maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1.5 cup coconut cream
- 1 sponge cake
- 5 strawberries

- Mix the yogurt, and lemon extract in a heavy-bottomed pan with an electric hand whisker until smooth.
- Mix and cook the mixture on medium heat for 10 minutes, until it turns thick and yellow in color.
