Recipe

  1. Mix custard powder in 1/2 cup cold milk.
  2. Mix it properly so lumps can’t stay.
  3. Take a pan and add milk and sugar to it.
  4. Bring it to a boil.
  5. Add custard powder milk to sugar-milk mixture.
  6. Stir it continuously.
  7. Milk should not stick to the bottom of the container.
  8. Turn the flame off and let it cool.
  9. Once cool, add all the chopped fruits to it.
  10. Refrigerate it.
  11. Once ready, serve it in the serving plate.
  12. Garnish with fresh fruits while serving.
  13. Healthy Fruit custard is ready.

Ingredients

  • 50 grams custard powder
  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 grams sugar
  • seasonal fruits which you like
