Veg Hakka Noodles Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 150 grams of noodles
- 1 medium-size chopped onion
- 1 medium-size chopped carrot
- 1 cup thinly sliced capsicum
- 1 cup thinly sliced cabbage
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chopped spring onion
- Salt as per taste
Veg Hakka Noodles Recipe
- Boil plain noodles in 4 cups of water or according to directions provided on the packaging. It should cook in 2 minutes only.
- Drain the noodles and place them in a bowl with cold water for a minute.
- Now noodles in a flat plate and toss them in some oil so they don’t stick.
- Heat olive oil in a wok and saute ginger, garlic till it changes somewhat brown.
- Turn the flame high, and add onions and saute them.
- Next add chopped carrot, capsicum, cabbage, and mix everything well.
- Add mushrooms and toss everything a high flame until cooked.
- Once its cooked, add salt, chili garlic sauce, chili garlic paste, soy sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder, vinegar, and toss it.
- Now add spring onion and toss everything well to blend all seasonings, sauces, and flavors.
- Veg Hakka Noodles is ready to serve.
- Serve it hot on a serving plate and garnish with fried noodles and spring onions.
