Baked Potato Wedges
Potato wedges are a slide dish. They are a good alternative to french fries. These wedges can be served as a side dish with dinners or lunches. If you want a healthy wedges recipe then make it with some butter and avoid oil. And instead of frying them, you bake them. I like this recipe served hot with a ketchup dip.
Recipe
- In a microwave-safe bowl, put oil, cumin seeds, and coriander powder and microwave it for 1 minute at 100 % power.
- Add all other ingredients and mix well.
- Add 1 tablespoon water, cover, and microwave at 100% power for 3-4 minutes. Stir in between.
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C and bake the potato wedges for 8-10 minutes.
- Potato Wedges are ready. Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients
- 200 grams potatoes cut into long slices
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon chat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mint leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon green coriander leaves to garnish
- water as required
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika, dried rosemary, dried thyme
Instructions
