These homemade french fries are delicious, crispy, and very easy to make at home. These french fries are healthy as they are baked, but they taste equally excellent as that of the deep-fried ones.

Ingredients

 

French Fries

  1. 5 large potatoes
  2. 1-2 tablespoons olive oil

 

French Fries Seasoning

  1. 1 teaspoon onion powder
  2. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  3. 2 teaspoons paprika
  4. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  5. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  6. 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  7. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  8. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  9. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or red chili powder

Instructions

 

French Fries

  1. Preheat microwave or air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Wash and peel potatoes and cut them into long fries size or use a french fries cutting machine.
  3. Soak all potato fries in cold water for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Strain water and dry potato fries well and then toss them with olive oil.
  5. Now take a baking tray and place all fries on them.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Once ready season with homemade french fries seasoning (recipe below) and serve with your favorite dip or sauce.

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix all spices together and sprinkles on homemade french fries.
