- spring onions, finely chopped
- baby spinach, sauteed
- 1/2 cup green peas, boiled and mashed
- 2 ripe green tomatoes, sauteed
- 1 avocado, mashed
- feta cheese, crumbled
- ground black pepper
- salt
- olive oil
Instructions
- Take one of the lettuce and put mashed avocados, mashed peas, sauteed green tomatoes, and baby spinach on it.
