Vegan Fudge Recipe – Valentine’s Day Recipe
Ingredients
- 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoon vegan butter
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoon beetroot powder
- 4 tablespoon soy milk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- colorful sprinkles
Instructions
- Take powdered sugar, vegan butter, vanilla extract, and soy milk in a mixing bowl and whisk it using an electric mixer, from low to high speed until perfectly smooth and thick consistency.
- Vegan vanilla frosting is ready. Line an 8″x8″ tray or pan and keep it aside.
- Add white chocolate chips to vanilla frosting and melt the chocolate until smooth.
- Add beetroot powder and mix well.
- Now place a heart shape cookie cutter over the prepared lined tray and pour fudge over it.
- Sprinkle over colorful sprinkles.
- Let the fudge set in the refrigerator.
