- 400-gram Basmati Rice
- 250-gram chopped Beans
- 250-gram Corn
- 1 teaspoon chopped Garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped Ginger
- 2 tablespoon spring onions
- 4 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon Soya Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Salt
- 800 ml of water
Recipe Steps
- Wash and rinse basmati rice in running water with the help of a sieve and allow draining.
- Transfer it into a saucepan and fry it in oil.
- Now you’ve to add salt according to your taste and turmeric powder to 800ml and cook rice until soft.
- Get ready beans and corn now. Boil them with salt in water.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and add the boiled vegetables and spring onions and fry them.
- Add ginger and garlic, lime juice, and Soya sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add the boiled rice and cook everything thoroughly.
- Serve in a garnishing bowl with wedges and spring onions.
