Wash and rinse basmati rice in running water with the help of a sieve and allow draining.
Transfer it into a saucepan and fry it in oil.
Now you’ve to add salt according to your taste and turmeric powder to 800ml and cook rice until soft.
Get ready beans and corn now. Boil them with salt in water.
Heat oil in a frying pan and add the boiled vegetables and spring onions and fry them.
Add ginger and garlic, lime juice, and Soya sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
