200grammushroomsliced
1teaspoonbutter
6garlic flakeschopped
3red chillies flakes
2tablespoonlemon juice
fresh coriander leavesto garnish

Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl add oil, garlic, chili flakes and microwave covered at 100% power for 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms to it and microwave for 3-4 minutes at 100% power.
Now add tomatoes, salt, peper, lemon juice and again microwave covered for 2-3 minutes, at 80% power.
Allow to stand for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander leves and serve hot.
