Ingredients

  • 2 tomato sliced
  • 200 gram mushroom sliced
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 6 garlic flakes chopped
  • 3 red chillies flakes
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • fresh coriander leaves to garnish
  • salt and pepper according to you taste

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl add oil, garlic, chili flakes and microwave covered at 100% power for 2 minutes.
  • Add mushrooms to it and microwave for 3-4 minutes at 100% power.
  • Now add tomatoes, salt, peper, lemon juice and again microwave covered for 2-3 minutes, at 80% power.
  • Allow to stand for 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leves and serve hot.
