Ingredients

  • 2 cups mushroom chopped and fresh
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon garlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • salt and pepper as per your taste

Instructions

  • In a pan heat butter.
  • Add chopped onion and garlic and saute them.
  • Add chopped mushrooms, salt, and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add cornflour in water and mix it well.
  • Add cornflour and water mixture in the pan and bring it to boil.
  • Beat fresh cream in a small bowl.
  • Once the soup is ready, take it out in a serving bowl add beaten cream and chopped fresh coriander leaves on top to garnish.
  • Serve it hot.
