Instructions
In a pan heat butter.
Add chopped onion and garlic and saute them.
Add chopped mushrooms, salt, and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
Add cornflour in water and mix it well.
Add cornflour and water mixture in the pan and bring it to boil.
Beat fresh cream in a small bowl.
Once the soup is ready, take it out in a serving bowl add beaten cream and chopped fresh coriander leaves on top to garnish.
Serve it hot.
