  • 400- gram Basmati Rice
  • 250- gram chopped Beans
  • 250- gram Corn
  • 1 teaspoon chopped Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chopped Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon spring onions
  • 4 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soya Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • 800 ml of water

  • Wash and rinse basmati rice in running water with the help of a sieve and allow draining.
  • Transfer it into a saucepan and fry it in oil.
  • Now you’ve to add salt according to your taste and turmeric powder to 800ml and cook rice until soft.
  • Get ready beans and corn now. Boil them with salt in water.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and add the boiled vegetables and spring onions and fry them.
  • Add ginger and garlic, lime juice, and Soya sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Now add the boiled rice and cook everything thoroughly.
  • Serve in a garnishing bowl with wedges and spring onions.
