Recipe Ingredients

  1. 2 sliced tomato
  2. 200 g sliced mushroom
  3. 1 teaspoon butter
  4. 6 chopped garlic flakes
  5. 3 red chilies flakes
  6. 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  7. fresh coriander leaves to garnish
  8. salt and pepper as per your taste

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl add oil, garlic, chili flakes, and microwave covered at 100% power for 2 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms to it and microwave for 3-4 minutes at 100% power.
  3. Now add tomatoes, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and again microwave covered for 2-3 minutes, at 80% power.
  4. Allow standing for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
  6. Chilli Garlic Mushroom Recipe goes well with rice.
