- 250 gram Paneer, cubed
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup bell peppers, yellow, green, red
- 2 tablespoon olive oil or unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 2 tablespoon greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoon tandoori seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt & black pepper to taste

- In a bowl, take paneer. Add ginger-garlic paste, greek yogurt, salt, lemon juice, and tandoori seasoning.
- Dice bell peppers and onion, into cubes and mix them well with marination mix and keep it aside for half an hour.
- Put paneer and veggies onto the skewers and grill them on a tandoor, grilling pan, or in an oven.
- Grill until the paneer and veggies get golden in color. You can also make this recipe in an air fryer.
- Once ready, take them out on a serving plate and sprinkle some seasoning and lime juice.
