Italian Chicken and Vegetable soup recipe

Italian Chicken and Vegetable Soup is Italian cuisine with Italian flavors and full of protein added with veggies. This soup is a healthy meal that provides warmth to your body and boosts immunity during winter and monsoon season. Find below its ingredients and instruction.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
  2. 1 medium-size chopped Onion
  3. 2 medium-size chopped tomatoes
  4. 4 cups boneless chicken breasts
  5. 4 cups chopped spinach
  6. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  7. 1 cup chopped carrots
  8. 2 cups sliced zucchini
  9. ½ cup tomato sauce
  10. ½ cup cheese ( optional)
  11. 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  12. ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
  13. 2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  14. 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
  15. Salt

Italian Chicken and Vegetable Soup Recipe | Cook Healthy Stay Fit

 

Recipe Instructions

  1. In a soup pot on a medium flame heat oil.
  2. Fry onions, carrots for 8 minutes, or until soft.
  3. Add garlic paste, and all the spices and combine well.
  4. Add three to four cups of water to the pot and allow it to boil.
  5. Now add chicken pieces and bring it to boil and then reduce the flame to low and let it simmer.
  6. Add zucchini, spinach, and cook everything for 20 to 25 minutes with a covered lid.
  7. In the final stage add lemon juice and stir well. Italian Chicken and Vegetable Soup is ready to serve.
  8. Take it out in a serving bowl and sprinkle cheese ( optional ) on the top.
