Ingredients Required
- Soya Nuggets – 80 grams
- Onion Paste- 2 tablespoon
- Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tablespoon
- Tomato Puree- 4 tablespoon
- Yogurt- 1 teaspoon
- Oil- 1 tablespoon
- Water- 1/2 Cup
- Cumin Seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander Powder- 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder- 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper- 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili- 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt as per your taste
Soya Nuggets Recipe
- Soak soya nuggets in two cups of saltwater for 20 minutes.
- Take a pan to add oil and heat it.
- Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
- Then add onion paste and saute it till it turns light purple.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and again saute it.
- Now add tomato puree to it and stir it continuously.
- Now its’ time to add all the dry spices.
- Let the spices cook properly.
- Now strain the soya nuggets.
- Add the soya nuggets to the spices mixture and mix well.
- Now add yogurt to it and gain mix well.
- Close the lid and cook soya nuggets on a low flame for 5 minutes.
- Soya Nuggets Recipe is ready to be served with rice, chapatti, or paratha.
